TPW12-S Packet Mapper
The TPW12-S Packet Mapper is a 622 Mbps Ethernet-over-NG-SONET/SDH Mapper.
Key features are:
- 622 Mbps throughput
- 1 X STS-12/STM-4 Interface or 4 X STS-3/STM-1 Interfaces
- 16 x FE and 2 x GE Interfaces
- SPI-3 interface
- Full SONET/SDH Overhead processing
- Full support for GFP/VCAT/LCAS
- Up to 64 Virtual Concatenation Groups
- Up to 48 msec differential delay compensation
The TPW12-S is delivered as a complete binary image for direct download in Altera Stratix I FPGA and includes a high-level driver software with an API for easy integration with your application software.
As the SMARTPACK products are based on re-programmable FPGA technology TPACK can optionally modify our standard product to meet your specific needs for additional features.
