Integration services are provided with delivery of SMARTPACK Solutions and Products. This allows customers to benefit from TPACK integration experience and reference hardware designs, as well as allowing specific requirements and adaptations to be supported.
TPACK is committed to ensuring a secure, fast and trouble free development cycle for customers using SMARTPACK Solutions and Products. To this end, TPACK provides a number of integration services during the development phase:

- Anything from pure FPGA tests to on-site training by TPACK experts
- Reference hardware designs
- Accelerates hardware board (PCB) design and layout
- TPACK provides reference schematics and layout stack-ups for SMARTPACK Reference Systems
- TPACK also provides review and conultation services during hardware design
- SMARTPACK reference systems
- TPACK can provide access to a SMARTPACK Reference System during the development phase
- Enables early software integration and compatibility testing before final hardware is available
