Gregory Borodaty, Member of the Board

Gregory Borodaty has more than 17 years of technical and managerial expertise in technology companies. Gregory spent 14 years at Vitesse Semiconductor where he held numerous engineering and marketing positions including Vice President and General Manager of the Network Products Division from 2000 to 2005. As Vice President and General Manager, Gregory was responsible for overseeing and developing Vitesse's product and business strategy for complex semiconductor devices targeting the telecom industry. Gregory received a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1991, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1996. 

Gregory is  currently President and CEO of Aumnia, Inc., a start-up company that is developing mobile applications for consumer oriented businesses.
