Agner N. Mark, Member of the Board

Agner Mark has a background with more than 25 years experience in the IT and telecom industry. Agner served as CEO & President of mobile clearing house Dan Net A/S1 from 1990 to 2002 and Executive Chairman for MACH S.a r.l. from 2002 to 2005. In 2002 Agner established MACONI, a service company focusing on strategic advisory roles and board positions. Agner received his M.Sc. from Aalborg University in 1980.

Agner is currently Chairman of the Board of TIA Technology A/S, Wirtek A/S, Atomistix A/S and CommWyse A/S and Deputy Chairman of Forlaget Thomson A/S. Other companies where Agner has or has had board positions include NetTest A/S, Netcompany A/S, REWSS A/S, KAYXO A/S and Visual Wireless International AB.
